約旦願意換囚 未提日本人質

約旦政府發言人摩馬尼表示，約旦願意釋放被判死刑的恐怖分子蕾莎薇，以和激進組織「伊斯蘭國」（ＩＳ）交換約旦籍飛行員卡薩薩巴。摩馬尼沒有明白表示換俘是否會發生，也沒有提到遭ＩＳ綁架的日本記者後藤健二。

ＩＳ27日再度要求釋放蕾莎薇，否則在24小時內殺害日本和約旦人質。日本已和約旦展開合作，但不願對外表示細節。

對內，約旦政府面臨營救飛行員卡薩薩巴的壓力，卡薩薩巴去年在空襲ＩＳ行動中墜機被俘，而約旦民眾普遍反對政府加入以美國為首的空襲ＩＳ行動。對外，約旦同意換俘將惹怒美國，美國向來不接受恐怖份子的條件與談判。另外，ＩＳ此前從未公開要求換囚，若此次達成目的，恐創下國際與ＩＳ談判的先例。
