外交部與「國家地理頻道」合作拍攝「綻放真臺灣5：魚之島」紀錄片首映記者會，下午在華山文創園區舉行，馬英九總統與外交部長林永樂、福斯國際電視網臺灣暨中國大陸區執行副總裁董事總經理蔡秋安等出席，並共同為「臺灣魚躍國際」裝置藝術揭幕。
