標題[課業] 行政法即時強制

大家好， 有幾個行政法問題想請教大家， 聽課時提到有關即時強制的損失補償金額不服可提起訴願及行政訴訟， 想請教大家這裡的行政訴訟是哪種的， 即時強制的法律性質不是事實行為嗎？那他的救濟為何有訴願？ 又事實行為應該是打一般給付之訴， 且一般給付可以不用經過訴願， 但課本上寫的救濟卻是訴願跟行政訴訟。 不好意思問題有點多，懇請高手突破盲點！ -- Sent from my Android --
