標題[討論] 南科住華薪水

小弟最近在跟朋友討論南科的工作 聽他提到住華的待遇似乎不錯？ 但是好像很難進？ 不過他是前幾大的偏光板供應商 應該是滿穩定的 如果是四大碩去的話 不曉得有沒有人知道那邊的月薪如何？ 是像台塑那樣底薪+生產獎金的算法嗎？ 例如底薪32000+生產獎金10000=月入42000這樣？ 還是科技業底薪45000+1800伙食津貼=46800這樣？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.175.119.40 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1423647855.A.69B.html
