陳水扁裝病？陳致中：符合條件

前總統陳水扁兒子陳致中說，他的父親能夠獲得保外就醫，是經過台北榮總、台中榮總兩家公立醫學中心和醫師開具證明，而這兩家醫院都具有公信力。如果經由這樣程序得以證明需要保外就醫的受刑人，卻無法保外就醫，「就是法務部的失職」。
