加工區綠建築 土地競標擬加分

經濟部加工出口區管理處今天表示，為配合綠建築及節約能源政策，將輔導所有廠房與研發中心，都將取得綠建築認證。儘管目前尚未強制立法強制規範，但輔導強度會越來越強。

經濟部加工處處長黃文谷表示，明年上半年起，將把綠建築做為土地競標的加分項目，若有多家廠商同時競爭稀有的土地資源，綠建築且獲得等及越高者，將獲得評估加分，用以鼓勵方式引導廠商朝綠建築邁進。

加工處今天發表綠建築推廣成效，包括楠梓加工區第二園區，台中軟體園區的廠辦，都將取得綠建築認證。
