標題[請益] 請問各位有關仲介費用的問題

各位好： 小弟目前看屋遇到了一個狀況，想請教大家的經驗： 去年9月時，小弟聯絡了A房仲看了一間房子(專任約)， 後來(10月)也請B房仲幫忙聯絡一些事情(當時未簽約)， 今年1月開始，屋主與A的專任約到期，但與B、C、D房仲分別簽了一般約， 最近這兩天因緣際會找到了屋主直接談， 萬一成交，B仲介有權利要求付仲介費嗎? 謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.255.166.226 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1421244722.A.855.html
