平交道爭車道毆人互告

嘉義縣民進鄉車流量最多的東榮路平交道，去年12月27日發生行車糾紛，林姓男子事後將行車紀錄器放在you tube上，並向警方報案遭對方毆打。

影片中平交道柵欄開啟後，劉姓男子的白色小車逆向，被擋住的林姓男子也不退讓，劉男將車子停在平交道上，下車和林男理論，涉嫌毆打林男，並再度回車子上拿棍子作勢。

林男將影片取名「民雄惡霸」，引發許多網友撻伐，民雄警方今天傳喚劉男到案，他坦承動手，警方依傷害、恐嚇及公共危險偵辦，不過劉男表示他並非惡霸，告林男妨害名譽。
