嘉縣長張花冠宣示就職 強調人民最大

嘉義縣長張花冠今天上午就職，行政院環保署長魏國彥負責監交，現場各界貴賓約1000人觀禮。張花冠宣誓後，隨即布達新人事。副縣長由秘書長吳容輝升任，張花冠也對前副縣長林美珠去職，表達不捨，邀她同影。

就職典禮後，在縣府中庭舉行就職茶會，張花冠穿梭全場與大家打招呼，與家人一起合照留念，現場氣氛一片熱鬧。
