女子聲稱有愛滋 替代役男街頭硬上

台北市一名傅姓替代役男日前涉嫌性侵1名女子，不顧女子聲稱有愛滋仍硬上。警方昨天逮捕傅男，訊後依妨害性自主罪移送檢方。

警方查出，傅男前科累累，曾因犯下多起強盜、搶奪及妨害性自主案被判刑。他出獄後仍不知悔改，7月間曾涉嫌在北投區性騷擾夜歸婦女遭逮，後來在八德路又犯下一起竊盜案。

警方調查，傅男在15日晚間涉嫌在信義區尾隨被害人，不顧被害人佯稱「我有愛滋病」苦苦哀求，仍然性侵被害人。他落網後還辯稱自己有性需求，忍不住了，才在街上拉人。警方昨天逮捕他，訊後依妨害性自主罪移送檢方偵辦。
