你要說故事 我也會說阿 大部分都是這種狀況啦 我可憐的親戚 買：515下斡旋 仲：沒有545我不收 買：好吧545 仲：我跟你說，我盡量爭取啦，機率不大啦 屋主跟仲介說底價500 還約出來談價錢 演了5個小時的戲 幫仲介護航然後勒 問題是往往不是剛好底價阿 都是超過底價 在繼續往上抬價錢阿 這才是仲介被大家看不起的主要原因 幸好我跳過仲介自己跟屋主買 : (以下完全剪貼舊文,毫無更動) : 某物件底價 1600 : 買:這間房多少錢? : 仲:2000萬 : 買:我出 1600 : 仲:這是底價,賀成交! : 猜猜看買方心理 OS 會是? : 1:oh~ya 賺到 : 2:幹!有問題 : 再換一個場景 : 買:這間房多少錢? : 仲:2000萬 : 買:我出 1600 : 仲:(勉為其難收斡旋,裝模作樣來來回回搞了幾天) : 仲:我被屋主洗臉很慘blah blah(下略三千字), : 總算~~屋主願意賣了 : 猜猜看買方心理 OS 會是? : 1:這仲介真遜,這麼簡單的事還要談半天 : 2:這仲介真辛苦,忙了這麼久幫我們買了好房子! : 人有時候就是這麼賤,明明需要謊言來鋪陳鋪墊, : 但被赤裸裸說出來,又無法接受這麼庸俗的人性 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.35.95.36 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1419470316.A.FF5.html
