中華學生專案升4G的問題

剛剛爬了版上了一些文章，也用了中華的客服文字對話
還是搞不太懂，所以想請教一些問題

這禮拜收到簡訊，內容大約是
我的行動上網用量已超過約2658MB(超過月租內容量70%)，門號可免費繼續使用行動上網到本週結束
所以意思是我現在已經暴流量了，下禮拜後要開始付費 ?
那超過的2.5G的流量是要依規定付費給中華嗎 ?

因為很多人都說現在有4G無限流量+不降速度 (前六個月)。
意思是，當我的門號是8月申辦的，9月升級4G，到2015/2月我都是 4G無限吃到飽+不降速嗎 ?
