標題[問題] 新鮮人上班的疑問

小弟不知道該怎麼說 我在一份飯店旅遊業上班六天 行政方面 有三位主管 第一個說絕對不會讓你碰到業務，可是會有三個考核 今天上班第6天每一天我都很認真的為了公司思考，與做了很多功課 也因為治裝費花了快四千!這是個人!想說第一份工作要好好努力， 也要穿襯衫西裝褲 每天至少要騎三十分鐘的路程， 停紅綠燈還遇到阿伯跟我伸手要錢加油 我也很瀟灑的認為我現在有工作了、幫助一下別人沒關係 (也許她這樣騙了很多人也說不定)這不是重點 今天另一外主管跟我說，第一個考核你要把公司XX推銷至少一個人， 讓我整個錯愕 因為我生活圈很小，跟朋友談錢總是很敏感、重點跟我所想的不只一份 當初都說不用碰到行銷，今天說變就變、這五天還沒薪水、 也推掉一些我已經上了的工作 剛開始說多好多好，企業都這樣麼? 我真的有點難以釋懷了、 我充滿熱心的的第一分工作就這樣被粉碎了 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.62.191.33 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/job/M.1410275524.A.B6B.html ※ 編輯: BOBK (61.62.191.33), 09/09/2014 23:12:48
