應采兒和陳小春的囝囝Jasper轉眼已一歲，平日Jasper的飲食由外公打理，但因外公離港，故由新手媽媽應采兒頂上。雖然她自爆廚藝一般，但工多藝熟，她也樂於嘗試。

日前下午，她跟女助手到中環的超巿買餸，由於要買畀囝囝食，當然要最好最新鮮，她買完有機麵包，又到凍櫃揀選食材，對包裝上的標籤仔細地研究，其後便趕回家炮製愛心餐餵囝囝。

應采兒和女助手各買了一袋餸走人。
