有沒有英文或件日文很好的網友呢？

想要麻煩一件事情

因為明年過年想要去中亞五國
因為台灣沒有邦交

加上台灣外交部也不重視
中亞五國多已開放日本 香港 免簽證
台灣沒有邦交 也不重視 中亞地區

辦理簽證被受困難

希望可以將護照寄到吉爾吉斯大使館辦理簽證
（摩洛哥駐日辦事處 塔吉克駐日辦事處）都可以接受護照寄到東京辦理簽證

人就不需要跑到東京 排隊辦理簽證

我昨天打電話給吉爾吉斯辦事處人員
他們還要考慮一下

我想如果吉爾吉斯外交官

允許寄護照到東京辦理簽證

確實可以造福很多人
