請問RX450h爬山電池過熱問題

事情是這樣的
小弟我的老闆買了一台RX450h
他的好多朋友也買了這台車
想說為節能減碳盡一份心力
但..
最近他朋友開著RX450去爬山
結果因為電池系統過熱而"屌"在路邊
回來之後馬上換車
而我老闆也擔心有天會不會輪到他"屌"在山路上
(因為他有時會跟人家去偏遠山區義診)

今天請原廠技師來牽車回去<做紀錄>
我是不知道做什麼紀錄
但技師牽回來之後
說了這一段話讓我印象深刻
技師說:他們開了很多台油電車去新竹大尖山試
包括轎車跟休旅車,但只由RX這車系會過熱
而且車主手冊有寫(避免長時間行駛爬坡路段)類似這樣的話
會顧路是因為車子啟動保護裝置

原廠技師也跟總代理反映
得到的答案卻是..
要買這車,你只能接受(聽到這句火都來了)

想請問各位大大
爬山時有什麼方法能避免電池過熱這問題
真的無解嗎?
