李全教抗告不成 支持者擬上街

台南高分院今天駁回台南市議長李全教提出的羈押抗告，李全教服務處發出聲明指稱是欲加之罪，不排除發動街頭對抗。

李全教因涉及議長賄選案，10日遭台南地院裁定羈押，昨天提出抗告。台南高分院今天下午以犯罪嫌疑重大，有在場目擊證人的指證筆錄、及其他相關證據資料等理由，裁定抗告駁回。

李全教服務處發表聲明稿指出，目擊證人若欠缺物證支撐，就是莫須有罪名；欲加之罪何患無詞，企圖以莫須有指控污衊，使輿論未審先判。

聲明中指出，律師團昨天下午才遞狀抗告，法院在不到24小時內就快速駁回的「神速效率」，恐怕在中華民國司法史上相當少見。

服務處在得知不公平、不正義的駁回抗告待遇後，除了責成律師團研商對策，也做好最壞打算，準備發動街頭群眾路線，對抗「殲滅李全教」的反動政治惡勢力霸凌。
