過去三期《壹週刊》，筆者在個人專欄中指出投資相連壽險（簡稱「投連險」）產品的種種問題，並呼籲投保人向保險公司取回月費及保證紅利資料，看看是否遇上類似問題。剛巧民主黨立法會議員單仲偕，成立了一個投資相連式保單苦主大聯盟，在 2月 9日約見保險業監理專員蔡淑嫻，要求有關方面正視相關產品的問題。
