營養午餐漲價 柯文哲要先試吃

台北市長柯文哲今天出席公私立國民小學校長會議時表示，營養午餐要漲新台幣10元，錢的來源還沒想出來，但決定先找2家吃吃看。

柯文哲認為「沒有調查就沒有發言權」，他表示，會抽籤選2所學校來吃，預計3月宣布營養午餐政策，怎麼買、怎麼準備、怎麼上菜、廚餘怎麼處理等程序，都要寫SOP。

柯文哲說，一直很納悶在北市，一餐40元可以吃到什麼？他質疑扣掉人事費等支出，菜錢還能剩多少？

此外，柯文哲提到，昨天找前台北市財政局長邱大展幫他上課，邱大展提到英國老師只負責教學，教室燈光、水電都BOT出去，如果未來能成立「台北市國民小學物業管理公司」，以後校長不用負責教室整修 。

他說，未來北市學校新台幣500萬元以上採購案，可由北市統一發包，500萬元以下也能以行政委託處理。
