民進黨主席蘇貞昌今日召開國際記者會提出「最後通牒」，要求馬總統應立刻向人民道歉、將服貿送回委員會重新審查、並且不可動用警察傷害參與抗議活動的群眾和學生，否則將在3月21日(周五)發動群眾包圍立法院。
