好康 花蓮縣府調臨時人員薪資

花蓮縣長傅(山昆)萁今天宣布，將於5月1日起調漲縣府及所屬機關臨時人員薪資，從1萬9047元調高至2萬1147元，調漲幅度達11%。

傅(山昆)萁表示，因應生活物價飆漲，體恤基層勞工生計，基本工資每人每月增加新台幣2100元，預估將有250人受惠，將由縣府預算支應臨時人員調漲薪資。

傅(山昆)萁指出，花蓮地區生活物價不亞於雙北市，在「萬物齊漲，只有薪水不漲」的經濟低氣壓籠罩下，基層勞工生活壓力相當大，希望透過調漲臨時人員薪資的作法，以實際行動改善基層員工的基本待遇。自5月1日起，縣府及所屬機關臨時人員薪資，如換算為時薪，將由108元調高至120元。
