我在私服交易
跟對方談好ATM交易
對方電話跟我聯絡後
匯款過來,結果我把道具都給他了
交易結束隔沒幾天,
我發現我的帳戶變成警示帳戶.
查一下發現.對方去報警,說是我詐騙他物品.

我聯絡對方對方態度很強硬,說是我物品就沒給他.
要我物品先給他在談.

但我去詢問警察,警察跟我說,和解要看對方的意願了.
我想找對方,可是對方電話故意不接.

我現在帳號被鎖定,不知道該怎麼辦.
請問,警示戶該怎麼處理??

請問有沒有人有相同狀況的!
可以提供我幫助
