當初我從北部來到台中-發現這房子價位不到500w又有4房(近萬坪公園路地與造型橋)挺優的,就下訂了;後來,覺得市區機能較符合需求,只好另買一戶作為住家之用,現在必須急售,因為也買不起了(同時,兩戶的債權比銀行就過不了了,薪水才3萬多一點),請各位大大幫忙
