新張的高級法國餐廳 Seasons by Olivier Elzer，店名已點出餐廳賣點。
Seasons是指餐廳裝修。共八千呎的餐廳分成不同主題，用玻璃天花板引入室外陽光的 Green House是春天；九月才開放的露天 Garden Terrace是夏天；能看到開放廚房的主用餐區，就是秋天；可坐十二人的私人宴會廳以兩幅枯暗冬天法國街景畫做裝飾。整體氣氛舒適不拘謹。
