目前打算買屋 打算自住 想選擇的點 大概是台北 新北 或 台中 台北新北的話 我查了一下 其實房價不會差太多 買的話 大概會注重生活機能 和工作的便利性 但如果買在北部 大概需要背房代 如果是買在中部的話 如果允許 大概可以買兩間 一間想買在中國醫附近 主要想租給來這邊實習或工作的實習醫生 另一間就自己住 大概想買在 中國醫 或 科博 或美術館附近 感覺生活機能不錯 也比較安靜 如果未來結婚要拋售的話 也比較容易拋售 大概也需要背一點貸款 但比較不多 如果大家建議的話 會覺得買在哪裡比較適合呢? 最主要是自住 但不會選點太差的地方 未來結婚 就會拋售買大房 大家建議買哪邊的房子比較好呢 謝謝了! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 173.245.67.31 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1405084134.A.910.html
