富邦人壽砸百億元買倫敦不動產

富邦人壽將砸百億元買進倫敦Bow Bells House，初步估計租金報酬率可達4.5%，可望成為首家在倫敦投資逾一棟的台灣壽險公司。

Bow Bells House位於倫敦金融城，土地面積818坪，建物面積約4,537坪，現由Global Property Finance Limited持有。

富邦人壽今天公告，預計以總投資金額1.97億英鎊，約新台幣100.56億元，買下Bow Bells House，買賣雙方簽約時，須先支付賣方9,25萬英鎊，其餘價款於交割時一次給付。
