到診所打針當場猝死，醫生、護士不起訴

新北市60歲張姓男子腦中有8公分的腫瘤，但身體僅出現類似感冒等症狀，去年3月他到診所求診，醫生請護士幫他打營養針，他竟當場暈倒身亡；家屬提出業務過失致死告訴。但新北地檢署確認張的死因是當天剛好腦瘤病發，自然死亡，今天將醫生、護士處分不起訴。
