Ayr檀香農場，白工有二簽

我需要13名「男工」
工作內容：修枝剪枝

薪資：原先是24.49，但是這週開始更改為計件制
因為此工作很辛苦所以為了體諒男工所以改成計件變相加薪
分成團隊計件領薪，做了一公頃 70/人

工時：一週38小時

今天是更改為計件制的第一天
第一天薪資：
最好的團隊 一個人 $290
最差的團隊 一個人 $230

目前能做到明年二月底，表現好的可以繼續做滿半年

此臨時工需要300押金，季節做完就退還
