上週寒流襲港，港人瑟縮喊凍。
同一天空下，佐敦一家鐵館內，卻有一個個大隻佬，大汗疊細汗。

 

去鐵館健身等於古老版做 gym，但鐵館不會用兩年年費綁死你，也沒有教練死纏爛打說你體脂超標要掏錢減肥。這家鐵館在佐敦開業三十二年，因鄰近賓館，健身室內恍如聯合國，但不論膚色、年歲，都舉鐵舉得「𠵱牙鬆杠」、青筋暴現，懶理器械外貌殘舊、座位皮漆掉了大半。
