從胖宅男變猛男》減肥時好想吃雞排和奶茶~我都這樣做!

跟大家分享當我看到很想吃的東西時我都如何進行心理調適。

減重時雖然我們都強調要吃天然,低脂,不過油的好東西,但難免會碰到雖然不那麼健康,但真的很想吃那個東西的時候。

例如一休以前非常非常的愛吃炸物,愛吃鹹酥雞,炸雞腿,炸雞排,只要是炸的我都喜歡,一餐可以吃200塊的鹹酥雞(難怪以前會肥)。尤其聞到炸物那香味時,更是常常神不知鬼不覺的就已經付了錢,等到回神時已經拿在手上吃了,而且還點了一大堆。

真的要說,炸的跟甜食,炸物是我最最難以克制的東西。

像我某天去買菜時,經過了有一家賣炸雞腿飯的,老闆那雞腿的油鍋就在外面炸,那炸雞腿的香味遠遠的就飄過來,炸的好香啊,整個勾起我的食慾。
