家在五樓有辦法裝光纖嗎???

我家在五樓是租的 中華電信已經打過2次來說要換光纖 但是應該沒辦法拉暗管 因為可能要經過別人家
那拉明管的話 光纖從外牆有辦法從一樓拉到五樓嗎?? 因為光纖看起來很脆弱阿 拉在外面颱風來不就一吹就斷? 而且要拉那麼高 應該也不好施工吧?? 有人有這個經驗嗎??
