前年一鳴驚人的港產女廚 Vicky Lau，其新派法國餐廳 Tate Dining Room& Bar，開店半年旋即摘星，翌年亦成功蟬聯米芝蓮一星，成績有目共睹。星級主廚，年輕有活力，目光又豈止保住星星咁簡單？
兩年來，餐廳大受食客歡迎，有人希望包場開派對，高檔品牌又請她包辦宴會活動， Tate已上軌道， Vicky的熱情和滿腦子創意，一間餐廳，根本不夠盡情發揮。索性開設全新場地 Butler，進攻高級到會服務，就似五星酒店管家的細心妥貼， Vicky會了解每位客人的個性和要求，為每位度身設計。時裝界有 Haute Couture高級訂製，看來，香港的餐飲界也將由高級訂製 Luxury Caterer，將到會變為盛宴，重新釐定到會的定義。
