標題[請益] 電腦突然抓到不到鍵盤及沒音效

請問各位電腦高手 上個月買的電腦，一切正常使用，突然今天開機抓到不到鍵盤而且沒音效!! MB：asus b85m-k CPU:intel i3-4150 OS：windows 7 專業版 鍵盤:羅技(ps2) 音效卡:內建 realtek alc887 鍵盤問題: 1.開機前顯示"NO Keyboard Detected" 2.鍵盤的燈不會亮 3.拿另一個正常的鍵盤(也是ps2)的用，也無法正常使用 4.將原來抓不到的鍵盤拿去另一台正常電腦使用，正常 5.將bios調回預設值，仍抓不到鍵盤 音效問題: 1.耳機或喇叭沒聲音(包括開機或音樂) 2.裝置管理員音效卡部分完全正常 3.右下角音量圖示正常，音樂撥放時，音量會跳動 4.確認沒用到靜音 5.接上其他正常的耳機及喇叭後，仍然沒聲音 6.將驅動程式移除後，重新安裝成功，但仍沒聲音 7.音源線確認沒插錯地方，前後都確認，仍沒聲音 鍵盤和音效同時出現問題，請問有關聯嗎?還是主機板晶片組的問題? 煩請各位電腦高手指點一下，感激不盡。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.169.214.231 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/hardware/M.1411052651.A.B72.html
