韓星柳時元鬧離婚 賠夫人又折金

首爾家庭法院今天宣判藝人柳時元離婚案，裁定原告柳時元的妻子趙秀仁勝訴，女兒歸媽媽，准許兩人離婚且男方得支付撫慰金、撫養費，名下財產15%歸妻所有。

南韓聯合新聞通訊社報導，法院判決指出，柳時元和妻子趙秀仁的婚姻破裂責任在男方，他得支付妻子撫慰金3000萬韓元（約新台幣87萬元）。

法院另判，柳時元婚後積累的27億韓元財產趙秀仁也有貢獻，他名下財產的15%、約3億9000萬韓元歸妻所有，且至女兒成年前，柳時元須按月支付撫養費250萬韓元。

柳時元於2010年10月與趙秀仁結婚，2012年4月辦離婚手續。2013年，柳時元在趙秀仁的座車和手機，偷偷安裝衛星定位系統被發現，竟然還被柳時元毆打，柳時元被法院判罰700萬韓元。

雙方離婚訴訟期間，柳時元另反告對方涉嫌污衊和製造偽證，全案正由首爾中央地方法院審理。
