長型街屋自地自建懇求建議

格局跟預算有相當密切關係啊。

何況還自建，格局影響更大。

如果預算很多、自身接受度又大，即使是狹長的地基也能蓋出非常漂亮的房子。

如果是在北部，現在違建問題正在鋒頭上，大家搶著拆當政績。

我看這幾年還是先不用想了。

我去年將老家15年5樓透天重新改裝，外觀不動，水電全部重拉，加裝電梯，約200坪共花了約兩千萬。

當然每個人想做的裝修風格程度不一，這只是我的例子，供你參考。

但是我想一千五百萬要自建，可能有點緊繃。
