王金平黨籍案 朱立倫促考紀會先修法令

國民黨新任文傳會主委林奕華今天指出，為落實民主，黨主席朱立倫要求考紀會在最短時間內，針對考紀會委員遴派辦法等進行研議修正，並送交中常會通過。

朱立倫今天首度主持中常會，中常委林榮德等多名中常委連署提案撤銷對立法院長王金平黨籍案的上訴。

林奕華會後受訪指出，王金平黨籍案經過中常委充分討論，朱立倫在會中表示，王金平是國民黨資深黨員，也是國民黨最重要的從政同志，他請考紀會於最短時間內，在如何落實民主原則下，針對相關規定進行研議修正，並送交中常會通過。

林奕華指出，其中法令包括中國國民黨各級黨部考紀會委員遴派辦法、中國國民黨黨員違反黨紀處分規程等，希望在最短時間依民主原則討論，等修正通過，再依後續程序處理。
