（中央社記者陳政偉台北20日電）國內面臨少子化及高齡化，工作年齡人口逐年遞減，國發會推估，明年起至2060年，每年平均將減少18萬人，加上中高齡勞參率低、人才外流等現象，導致勞動市場更為險峻。

國家發展委員會人力發展處專委謝佳宜表示，國內人口結構呈現少子化、高齡化及工作年齡人口減少的趨勢。

其中，工作年齡人口面臨就學年齡延長、就業年齡延後以及中高齡提早退休離開職場的「晚入早出」現象；勞動市場則有人才外流，大量基層勞力引進的「高出低進」的挑戰。

國發會統計，目前國內工作年齡（15至64歲）人口數有1737萬人，正是「人口紅利期」的高峰，但推估2016開始到2060年，工作年齡人口每年平均將減少18萬人。
