蔡英文指示擬定美中可接受的兩岸互動策

民進黨下午召開中國事務委員會，黨主席蔡英文指示，應盡早擬定美中都可接受的兩岸互動策略，特別是美國可接受的策略，以後中國事務委員會也應密集開會。

蔡英文就任民進黨主席後，首次召開中國事務委員會，由中國事務部針對當前兩岸情勢進行報告，同時討論兩岸城市交流機制，邀高雄市長陳菊分享高雄市「兩岸小組」作法與經驗。會中決議，建議執政縣市參考高雄市「兩岸小組」作法，建立處理兩岸事務的機制，並透過縣市聯合治理平台分享資訊，讓兩岸事務成為各縣市的共同議題。

中國事務部準備長達十幾頁的報告，除對兩岸情勢進行整體分析外，也提醒與會人士，九合一選舉之後，中共對民進黨可能強化兩手策略，「交流」與「統戰」並進。
