桃園新屋火警 監委申請調查

桃園市新屋保齡球館發生火警，造成6名消防隊員不幸殉職，監察委員高鳳仙申請自動調查，將深入釐清相關違失責任。

高鳳仙指出，此次桃園市火警，消防局動員大批消防隊員搶救，消防員工作權益促進會批制度殺人，提出補足人力改善裝備等訴求。

高鳳仙質疑此次死亡人員為何都是年輕消防員，屋內既已無人，為何消防員仍入屋救火遲未撤離，她也關切消防員是否遭遇人力欠缺、設備不足、工作包山包海疲於奔命等困境，以及消防員安全如何維護的議題。

高鳳仙表示，桃園市政府稱該保齡球館係屬違建且無營業登記，20年來未開罰，她質疑保齡球館為何在違建及無照營業之下，卻未受任何處罰。

監察院將針對近年來全國違建發生火警的情形是否嚴重，政府有無因應對策等儘速展開調查，追究相關違失責任。
