關鍵數據：美國今天公布營建許可及新屋開工率，是法人作為耐久財的觀察指標；明天歐央ECB會議是否推出歐洲版的QE寬鬆政策?

v技術觀察：集中市場早盤放量回升到9300點上，有機會再挑戰前波9338契機；OTC則稍顯弱勢。

觀盤重點：外資連續加碼台股，但資金均聚集在台積電等大型權值股上，而本土資金青睞的中小型股宜表態走高，凝聚人氣。
