如果男人的浪漫是豆腐火腩飯，那粟米斑塊就是五、六十年代的懷舊回憶。當年它是不少大酒家的名菜，可惜現時已賣少見少。小弟將這道曾經叱咤一時的經典菜式重現，並以西餐廳的做法將之改良，再不是熒光透明芡汁的版本。入口外脆內嫩，加上新鮮粟米汁，又香又滑，好味到飛起。
