愛吃鳳梨酥的，一定認識微熱山丘。上月已預告，將落戶中環。現在正式開業。這是繼台灣、日本、新加坡、上海的第六間分店。貫徹簡約的風格。過千呎地方，只放一張長桌，牆上掛了 12幅台灣風景的畫作，像間畫廊。

 

獨賣一款鳳梨酥，是特別版，叫做「夏顏」。取盛夏六七八月採收的土鳳梨炮製，由於陽光充沛，香味濃，酸度低。酥皮用法國 AOP產區認證的 Echire牛油，更酥香鬆化。保留好客的傳統，無論買不買，來者都可獲贈鳳梨酥一件、烏龍茶一杯。「店子開在長命斜上，位置吊腳，來的一定是有心人。」負責人說。
