香港小食愈來愈國際化，最近灣仔開了一家專賣西班牙小食 Churros的店子。這種有西班牙油炸鬼之稱、質感像冬甩的甜食，是西班牙人經典早餐。店子老闆娘在西班牙旅行時，忽發奇想把它配雪糕吃，發現味道出奇匹配，遂把 Churro配搭乳酪雪糕的概念引入香港。

 

Churro現點現炸，入口鬆化，帶肉桂香，學西班牙人蘸朱古力醬吃，又或伴乳酪雪糕吃，冰火口感很過癮。雪糕還有 14款配料，自家製糯米糍、海鹽焦糖碎、曲奇及水果等。吃悶了一般乳酪雪糕，再嘗這款配 Churros的，挺有新鮮感。
