1.來源連結: http://news.ltn.com.tw/news/local/paper/813818 2.內容: 預定明年五月實施 〔記者陳信仁／南投報導〕房屋稅條例修訂，房屋稅微幅調升，縣府修訂通過房屋稅徵收 率自治條例，非自住的住家房屋稅率將從現行百分之一點二，提高為百分之一點五，此外 私人醫院、診所、自由職業事務所也將由百分之二提高為百分之三，預計經議會審議通過 後，明年五月正式實施，縣府估算稅率提高後，將增加稅收八百餘萬元，對財政不無小補 。 縣內房屋稅課稅查定數為十二萬八千餘戶，每年房屋稅稅收近八億元，在稅務機關積極催 繳下，徵收績效均達九成八以上，而近年來為降低因養房投資，導致房價居高不下，政府 積極展開打房措施，房屋稅稅率也重新檢討，針對非自住的住家房屋稅率予以提高，以落 實居住正義。 縣府於最近通過房屋稅徵收率自治條例，縣稅務局表示，自住房屋的稅率仍維持現行百分 之一點二，此外住家房屋若經審核認定屬於公益出租人出租使用，也比照自住房屋稅率， 但目前縣內並無公益出租人。 稅務局官員說，新訂定的稅率將於通過縣議會審議並報請財政部備查後，預計在明年五月 開徵房屋稅時適用。 3.心得或感想: 該來的還是要來... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 39.8.8.34 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1410955944.A.756.html
