主打法日鐵板燒的山下，開業僅一年，八月中靜悄悄搬家。新店地方細了，但也有二千呎，只放一張十二人鐵板燒枱，另設兩間廂房，裝潢保留歐陸式設計。食物保持水準。來自東京米芝蓮一星鐵板燒餐廳 Ukai亭的日籍大廚山下泰伸依舊坐鎮，更新聘了兩位日籍鐵板燒師傅。

 

晚市主打九道菜套餐$1,580/位，散叫多了選擇，用料堅持最高級的，魚鮮新鮮海產全天然，和牛的級數更勝從前。加上法式做法和賣相，相當獨特，值得見識！
