有薪陪產假增至5天 中央允檢討

新北市推動在3天有薪陪產假外，幫男性勞工另增4天無薪陪產假。立委王育敏今建議中央應把有薪陪產假拉長到5天，勞動部長潘世偉回應，將通盤檢討勞工的整體請假權益。

勞動部說，將重新評估陪產假實施方式，除了研究改以半天或小時為請假單位的可行性，現行規定配偶分娩時才能請陪產假，也會一併檢討是否能調整成生產前後的一定時間內，讓陪產假更彈性。
