曾擔任緬甸民主鬥士翁山蘇姬醫師的緬甸人權文學家Ma Thida，今天到台南的國立台灣文學館參觀，她除了是一名外科醫師，也是作家、資深媒體人，更是人權鬥士，學生時期就投入民主運動，曾被監禁5年，她參訪時對於有相同醫學人文背景的台灣文學家賴和、蔣渭水等人深感興趣，期望緬甸未來也能有一座文學館產生，提供文化重建的養份。
