高市衛生局開罰正義五千萬元

正義公司向上游廠商進購疑摻飼料油的豬油，製成數十項豬油油品品項販售通路商、餐飲業者及消費者，造成食安恐慌。高雄市衛生局繼日前對正義油品展開下架、祭出全生產線停工處分後，昨天再依正義違反食品安全衛生管理法第15條第1項，依同法第44條處以最高額罰鍰5000萬元。
