獄政涉貪 法務部：痛定思痛

前東森國際集團總裁王令麟被控行賄遭起訴，他今天發聲明指出未行賄或在獄中享有特權。法務部則對獄政涉貪案，表示會痛定思痛改進。

台北地檢署昨天偵結獄政官員涉貪案，認定前東森國際集團總裁王令麟等受刑人賄賂獄政官員，藉此在獄中換來特權，依違反貪污治罪條例起訴前台北監獄副典獄長蘇清俊、前台中監獄副典獄長趙崇智、王令麟、王令麟祕書胡曉菁等23人。

法務部政務次長陳明堂表示，尊重台北地檢署的起訴，矯正署痛定思痛、持續改進。矯正署發言人劉梅仙則說，獄政改革腳步不會停止，持續加強抽查、

王令麟今天透過律師發出聲明，表示並未享有特權，在監所接見、通信都符合相關規定；他訂報是為了關心家人、公司員工生計，符合兩公約及監所規定，他並否認行賄獄政官員。
