標題[問題] 東橫inn訂房資料消失@@

在10月初的時候幫我姐用我的會員資格訂了1月底東橫inn品川大井町的房間 當時有進入訂房成功畫面，有顯示4泊總金額、訂房日期的頁面 之後就再也沒管過這件事了 結果剛剛我姐問我房價到底多少時，我再上網去查 竟然……查不到我的訂房資料？ 我怎麼找都找不到訂房確認的信件（仔細想當初好像就沒收到了@@） 是我太大意了@@ 怎麼當初沒想到要再確認一下@@ 印象中先前也曾看到有人訂了東橫inn 的房間，結果資料消失 但現在一時找不到那篇文章，不曉得有人知道後來是怎麼處理的？ 請問我這樣就算傳真過去也沒辦法找到資料嗎？ 1月底寒假開始…禁煙雙床房都沒房間了 對我姐真的很不好意思@@ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.242.7.208 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Japan_Travel/M.1416498246.A.71F.html
